COUNTING-MFU PAGE REPLACEMENT ALGORITHM

        MFU-Most Frequently Used
         based on the argument that the page with smallest count is brought in and has yet to be used.
        implementation of this algorithm is expensive
        they do not approximate  OPT replacement well
